About

29_edited.png

Rooted in a multidisciplinary creative background, my career spans 15+ years across film, fashion, entertainment, and digital media. I studied Film Production and Business at the University of Southern California and began my career in traditional media environments, including Creative Artists Agency, William Morris Endeavor, DreamWorks, and Sony Pictures. I contributed to projects ranging from independent productions to large-scale features, where I developed a producer-director’s builder mindset grounded in talent strategy, deal frameworks, rich aesthetic discipline, and narrative development. That foundation instilled a structural lens: every creative initiative functions as both cultural expression and viable business architecture.

My transition into fashion marked both a strategic pivot and a refinement of perspective. Working within design and brand-centric businesses deepened my understanding of product positioning, licensing, collaborations, retail distribution, and end-to-end product development. This phase sharpened my commercial instincts and strengthened my ability to integrate brand storytelling, PR strategy, and revenue systems - a foundation that informed my work in the creator economy as it emerged and evolved.

In 2011, I transitioned into influencer marketing and began building at scale. At StyleHaul, I led influencer talent acquisitions, growing the roster from 400 to more than 5,000 creators while developing internal frameworks that enabled rapid expansion and operational efficiency. During this period, the company became the largest fashion and beauty multi-channel network on YouTube and was acquired for over $100M. At Maker Studios, I led talent acquisitions and strategic partnerships across multiple lifestyle and family verticals during its $500M acquisition by The Walt Disney Company, contributing to cross-functional coordination and management within a complex, high-growth environment.

Since 2015, I have led enterprise campaigns, partnership architecture, division launches, operational redesign, and fractional executive leadership. Clients have included global platforms such as Netflix, TikTok, and Amazon; growth-stage brands including Ana Luisa and Zenni Optical; and mission-driven, innovation-led organizations across nonprofit, clean energy, and emerging technology sectors, including Boo2Bullying, Endangered Rangers, Solar Quote, and Brillouin Energy.

In 2021, I founded ArcLine Media Group as a modular extension of my strategic leadership work - enabling me to serve as a Fractional CMO or senior strategic lead while integrating trusted execution partners across influencer marketing, partnerships, experiential, creative, and media. My focus remains consistent: identifying structural gaps, refining execution pathways, mentoring teams, and building operating frameworks that connect brand, content, partnerships, and distribution into cohesive, scalable systems.

I am most effective in environments where ambition is matched with clarity, resources, collaboration, and disciplined execution - where thoughtful strategy drives sustained performance and measurable business outcomes.
